Default PCV Questions

Sorry wasnt paying attention when I posted, and ended up here instead of the Dyno room. Reposted there, if someone wants to delete this.

So I picked up a '11 Road King (96" 6 speed) Runs good and everything, but did a little digging as it has a stage 1 installed. Found it has a PCV installed, which I was happy to see! Now, also noticed that the 02 sensors have been removed.
SO.....Should I install some 02 sensors? Is there a reason they might have been taken out?
I havent hooked it up to my computer yet, but will there be a way to tell if it was set up on a dyno vs a standard map? Will a dyno tune be that much of an improvement over a pre set up map?
I might do cams over the winter, so It will be on a dyno when I do that, which poses another question. Aside from opening the motor, will there be settings in the PCV which might show if there are non stock cams installed?

Thanks for any input, new to this tuner stuff, only had a FP3 on my last bike.

Removing the O2 sensors is required when using the PCV.
The canned maps tend to be on the rich side so dyno tuning will show significant gains.

what he said^^^^
you might get lucky if it was customed tuned, the tuner might have left his signature in the notes section, i always do.
