I found it odd that the table lacks data for throttle positions less than 2.4*. It was also odd to be that WOT seems to be handled as a discreet table.

2.4 degrees rotation is where most of the modified engines are getting close to at idle. Remember that if you have 0 degrees rotation, the engine will not run as the throttle blades would be completely closed off. MM does not use a IAC bypass port to adjust idle like a Delphi system does. The MM is like a carb in that it pushes the throttle open like a choke on a carb. would, thus changing the degrees of rotation of the throttle.

Yep. Still have a few myself, along with a couple brand new in sealed bag '97 up ECU's. Put them aside for a raining day. The funny thing is that I have the realtime tuning software for them still, but I'm not so sure I remember how to do it all anymore. I think the last time I tuned a MM was back in 2004!

I have several MM ecms. Sold one last year to a guy who was stranded at a rally. It got wet inside from a poor PC install - misplaced boot. Funny story. He drove about 4 hours to pick it up from me. The Service manager told him he got ripped off because no good ones were left. He ignored the SM. They plugged it in, it sounded like a shotgun when it lit off and all the fuel in the exhaust lit, then ran like a champ. He said the SM jumped down behind his desk when it made the noise.
