PCV MPG is off -- by a lot
On a recent trip, my Power Vision reflected fuel economy of 37.8 mpg, based upon traveling 152.5 miles and using 4.037 gallons of fuel. Only problem is that my odometer shows that I had traveled 153.2 miles (not too far off) and the fuel pump said I had used 4.844 gallons. So the actual fuel economy was only 31.63 mpg. The Power Vision is therefore off by almost 20%. There's got to be a way for it to do better than that? Is there a setting that could be off causing it to misread the fuel consumption by that much?

Does your tune have the correct Injector size listed?
The PV trip center has a "correction factor" listed to the right of the three fields, I believe the default is 1.000.
Trip Mileage Yours seems pretty close
Fuel used you might adjust this one, maybe try 1.19 for the correction?? (may be backwards or 0.81)
AVG MPG
For my 2013 Sportster, the tune has an item under Fuel called "MPG Adjustment".
I made some small adjustments to that to make the PV mpg close to the actual I calculate.
MPG Adjustment This adjusts the MPG readout for the bike. Higher values show
a higher MPG, lower values show lower MPG.

Open your current tune with WinPV.
(You may have to use the PowerVision get tune menu item to retrieve the last tune you flashed from the PV)
If you open the tune from the PV, WinPV opens it as "untitled.pvv" save it with a new file name if you change the injector size.
Send it to the PV (Powervision menu / send tune to PV)
The injector size should be under Fuel in the tune.
