stock pushrods or adjustable? had that issue on one cylinder and found out one of the nuts had backed off on one of my pushrods on that cylinder.

Upgraded cams but the rest stock.

Fact: If there is good spark (as compared to the good cylinder) AND fuel is being introduced, even if not going bad, usually drooling causing rich idle, will fire the cylinder.
A completely dead cylinder indicates suspected broken wire to the injector, usually between the frame and the injector.

found out it was a bad fuel injector, replaced it and now she run excellent.

Yep, once in a while they fail but very rare.

Bad injectors, replaced both with matched 35 lb. injectors and purring like a kitten.
