I have an 02 Electraglide with a 111 S&S and a thundermax installed. I looked at the fuel map at around the 2500 rpm range and the front and rear are hugely different curves. Is this normal?

It is "Trimming" the Front fuel flow. Notice that the graph has % to depict if it pulled back or added for the rear cylinder.

thank you, yes. I see that. I just thought the shape of the curve would have been similar.

Since you are not showing the same RPM I would guess your biggest offset is around .5ms between cylinders with the swing shown.

The rear cylinder curve is based on a percentage of the front curve.

The rear cylinder curve is a percentage of the front curve, the two will never look similar.
