Can anyone identify this starter?

I hope this picture attached as I'm not used to this!
a friend bought this starter for 84 on softails at a swapmeet and needs parts,anyone no who made it etc?

It may be a Spyke Starter. A full picture of the complete starter may help to identify it.

just found out guys,its a Stinger starter!
