just a thought could your PC have a problem like amount of memery or program the wrong windows ect.

 

update the vci or it will not communicate with the ecm. Have the tuner program open, key on, run switch on, then update vci. Click on cd at top of tuner program. Opens another part of the program, see lightning bolt an vci pic, click to update.
