Look for the 8 degree fuel injectors under your gas tank on the left side with a flashlight. You should be able to read the part number on the side. I had the issue and got the 25s installed at 1000 miles. Huge difference. My bike was hard starting and surged a lot while riding and cold sputtered. Once the new injectors were in...no issues.

If you want the .pdf file then PM me your email address.

Thank you for the info. I verified I have the part number for the 8* injectors. I will bring it up with the dealer and see what they have to say about it.

Xkvator,
Hi my name is Ed and I was reading through some of the old threads. I'm having some rear injector issues, or so the diag code says. Anyway, I saw you had posted a link someitme back that was to your site. It was a PDF for a service bulletin. I was curious if you still had the bulletin, and if so, if you'd email it to me. I tried snagging it from your posted link, alas it's dead. My email is:

edward6967@yahoo.com
Respects,
Ed

Just wondering I had this injector change done in 2007. They do a map change. My question is if this map change is a stock map or the map with a stage 1 kit. At the time I had Vance and Hines ovals but no other mods. I know this is old but have just installed PCM III with S/E air filter.

You guys might want to check out Marrin Fuel Injection. They rebuild, and modify, match and flow injectors to within 1%. I had sent a pair to them out of my 03 Ultra to have them checked out and they were 6% off, they got them down to 3%. thats as close as they could get with my used ones. the service was only $70. After talking with them they basicly take stock HD (Yes HD) injectors and rework them. They have 3 different stages to choose from. My bike ran smoother from servicing the injectors. I could have bought a new set for $85 each, but i wanted to know where mine were at. Hell HD new are like $70. Check out there web page under Harley Injetors.
