Default sert and stock pipes

I have an 07 street glide with python pipes sert and se a/c. Would it hurt anything to put the stock tips back on for a trip (1000 miles or less) without taking off the sert? Would there be any adverse effects on performance? Thanks in advance.

When you say stock tips what are you referring to? If you mean taking off the pythons and installing the stock mufflers then I can tell you your AFR mixture will get richer from the restrictive stock pipes.

Yeah thats what i meant. I figured it would go rich but wasnt sure to what extent and that any damage it could cause. Like i said milage would be no more than 1000 miles and when i return i would go back to the pythons. Thanks
