Tell me again what cams you are going to install. "not planning on doing any tuning until the cams get done"... or are you talking about the Cam Data?

Russel is a great choice.

It's kind of a custom grind from James (Independent Motorcycle Shop) and John Walker (Torque Inc.)

The cam change and the addition of the V&H Power Duals won't be done until probably March or so.

I was hoping the canned map would allow me to ride safely with just the slip-ons and a/c installed.

I sent the cam specs to your pm.

Thanks for your input.

Wiz I think he wants to know if it is safe to ride the bike with just the tts base map.
Cheers Kev

Oh yes I agree.

Mike Stegman is just down the street, but the work on bike will be done by a very good friend up in Bremerton. He's in the process of putting together a 124 and once he's done we'll do my bike and then trailer them both up to Russell to work his magic.

Default Question on EGR adjustments to VE Tables

Do I just arbitrarily change the cells to "flatten out" the peaks in my VE tables?

The PDF manual has no data for Lambda/MAP VE tables, the instructions for the TPS EGR Analyzer assume TPS data logs.

Do not arbitrarily change any cells.

Take your screen shot. Draw a line at 60 kPa from low to high RPM. Every thing under 60 kPa will be effected by EGR adjustments. Do you need EGR adjustments? This will be more clear by looking at your VE table numbers when generating a new calibration. When the % changes come up hit the Highlight Low Cells feature. Numbers under 60 kPa will darken. You can get an idea where to raise or lower your EGR and where.

Or, you can wait until VTune 3 software comes out as it will be done for you.

This is why I said to look at the highlighted lower values during the VTune generation. The Analyzer doesn't work right now.

Crap. The analyzer won't work? rOde, send me a set of matching MT8 and DM3 files. Yes, you wish to flatten out some molehills, but NO... you do not wish to do it manually. One HAS to let the software do it, or the bike will try to 'self correct' and the tune will go South... down near Wiz I imagine... REALLY south! HAHA!

Default Model TTS-2000008 vs 9225 ? (both blue)

I've decided to buy the single bike TTS MasterTune and can get the 9225 for a little less than the web site listing the TTS-2000008

Of course I'm attracted to the lower prided 9225, but only if it has the same capabilities of the TTS-2000008

I've searched the forum and can only find posts comparing the "black" vs "Blue", and not these two models of the "Blue".

9225

TTS-2000008

Please confirm the difference, if any, between these models.
