Default PCIII Fuel Map Question

Does anyone have a good idea of what they are looking at to read a PCIII Fuel Map from a PCIII? I am trying to figure this whole thing out. Bike goes back in for Custome Fuel mapping for the second time tomorrow. I pulled the first map off of the bike, so I can compair it to what ever gets changed tomorrow. Problem is the bike is currently getting like 28 mpg. Bike does not feel very smooth at all at cruising speeds between 2000 and 3000 rpms. Seems like it is bucking/surging, it has to be running rich.

Those are what they call a Canned Map. Mine is supposed to be a custom fuel map built from running the bike on a Dyno. Probelm is, you need to have a good Tuner in order to tune the bike for optimal performance.

Power Commander does not have a Canned Map for the Pipes and injectors that I am running, so I need a good tuner to do this right. I live in Up-state NY, so I am looking for a better tuner then what I have here in order to get the bike running better. Stock Pipes are not an option for me.

Who ever did your custom tune, i wouldn't let them touch your bike again. Theres no reason why there should be any numbers beyond the 6000 rpm range. I don't know of any harley that will rev out past 6000 rpms besides a v-rod.
