I have an 06 1200L sporty. Sometimes on startup (cold or warm) the starter will crank the engine and then stop for about 1 - 1 1/2 seconds and then go back to turning the motor as normal. When the engine starts the MIL will illuminate for about 3-5 seconds and then turn off. I asked the dealership about it and they just said 2 bring it in and wouldn't give me any advise. Money is too tight right now to bring it in. Anyone have a clue?
