I bought 99 Ultra w/o battery and Power commander module was in bat. box. I just installed a battery and now I don't know where to put Pow. Com III module.
If I put it on top of battery sit will crash it. Module has long harness, so should I put it in saddle bag? HD definitely didn't design space for it.

on my '03 ultra, its under the right side cover. You may need to remove the right saddle bag to stuff it in there. Yea its a tight fit but it will fit.,,

 

My Power Commander V is on the way back because it kept blowing my ecm fuse.

 

In the trash. Because I think they are worthless! Much better results with TTS.

Never had any problems with my PCV, works fine. By the way, mine is under the right-side cover as well.

 

For that year model it goes under the left side cover and is held in place with zip ties.

You can also put it in the cavity under the seat nose.
