Default Rinehart PC and Big Sucker Tuning issue

I have a 2007 Street Glide with the following configuration:
Big Sucker Stage 1 air cleaner
Power Commander - 02 eliminators installed
Rinehart True Duals -
Recall ECM calibration (performed prior to pc installation)
Rev Extended

I have had the PC dyno'd (advanced map) and it runs great with one exception. When the bike is in idle condition and I crack the throttle I get a popping noise between 990 rpm and about 2100 RPM. I think I have isolated the problem to occur around 1300-1600 rpm and 40-60 percent throttle but can't seem to work it out in my custom map. This occurs with the map that matches the configuration on the Powercommander website as well as my custom map. When I disconnect the PC altogether I don't get the problem at all.

I have taken back to the dyno tune person, he couldn't work it out. I think that he is limited to what he can see on his equipment in the range I am having a problem and experimenting with it - and he seems to have a anti PC attitude (wish I knew before laying out the $$$).

I was just wondering if anyone else has had a custom map done for a configuration similar to this and would mind sharing with me their values if they are not having the issue. It is driving me crazy.

Thanks

If you have a lap top you should be able to richen your map in this rpm/throttle range.

First, have you zer'd and max'd your throttle? (Or did the dyno guy do that?)

Then, you just highlight the rpm/throttle range that you want and hit page up about 5 times (I believe that's the richen direction... you can check the instructions) and this will decrease your A/F ratio minimally. If it gets worse, you have a rich condition and you should use page down 10 times on the same range. If it gets better but not quite perfect, try page up 5 more times. You won't hurt the bike by making this adjustment. It is very minor.

I have made a few adjustments, but I can't seem to fine tune it. That is why I was hoping to find someone with a similar map.

Also, I did not know about this page up/page down thing. Once this is entered does it send automatically to the PC or do I need to "send map"?

I've got your configuration, but using a sert... no trouble.. I'd go back to the tuner that you paid for the map and have them fix it... Maybe one thing to look at before you go back is to make sure you don't have any exhaust leaks... could be pulling in cool air causing the pop.

I did try to see if I had an exhaust leak, but I can't seem to find anything. It is weird that it only happens in the one area and does not happen under load or if the bike is at 1100 rpms prior to twisting the throttle. Stranger yet, when I disconnect the PC and just run it direct I don't have any issues at all. That may be due to the idle seems a bit higher when the PC is not connected.

So far two different dyno tuners have looked at it and haven't been able to determine what the problem is.
