I don't have pictures, but I removed the seat strap and used the bolts to hold a loop of black nylon strap on each side. When not in use they just tuck behind the saddlebags.
I removed the strap also. I use bungee soft hook extensions from Harley.
They look like mini tie down extensions.

I looked closer and under the chrome piece the hook of a bunjie strap will fit under there. I don't even have to take the seat strap off. This is where the bag bolts screw into
