Is Negotiating for a 2018 Limited Possible(when its time) ? ?
I Have a 2012 Street Glide, Id like to upgrade to a 17 Or (preferably) Wait for an 18 Limited. In the Past , Dealers were terrible to Negotiate with, Ive bought 4 New Harleys over the years . I don't want to get ripped on my SG , and Cant afford to overpay for the 2018 Ultra Limited . ANY SUGGESTIONS ??

Sure, don't pay anymore than you want to...
I know that sounds absurdly simple but the problem with internet advice is that it's hard to tell if any of it is going to apply to YOUR situation, what you are looking for, and the DEALERS that you're visiting.
Just always be prepared to walk away from a deal even up to the very moment of signing the papers. You've got a great bike now, and you'll buy a great bike when you get the deal you like

Way I hear it is done is you walk in demand 10% more for the 2012 than you paid new.
Add in cost of all mods including labor.
You then demand a 20% discount off MSRP and free extended warranty along with free 1000 mile service . You then email the same offer to every HD dealer with in 300 miles sit back and check your in box. If they don't cave you say see ya and go over to the Victory dealer and try a them.
Not that darn hard to buy a new ride. know hat yours is worth in the real world. Know what you are willing to pay fair price for new one. done deal in 15 minutes.
