Noise on cold startups

I know you guys are trying to help and throw some ideas out there.
My bike has been in the shop for a week now because of this clank. It is not because of oil weight and it is not the normal harley chatter and knocks.
I'm certainly no mechanic .. but it most definitely sounds like an oil delivery problem. It sounds like its coming from the cam up ..
Leo ..check for ecm codes .... wondering if you too have p0522 ans 0523 present.

Took my bike to 1k service and as I was waiting I had the opportunity to cold start a test drive ultra. It did pretty much the same noise, a little bit quieter than mine, but the same. Dealer tech, which works for Harley for at least six years said it's normal. So, as the bike has a lot of warranty to go, I'll just ride it. It's a lot more funnier than my previous 2013 RK Classic. My Hyundai Tucson makes some cold noise also, and quiets down also quickly.

FWIW- Being that my RK is has no coolant to help get all the parts up to a consistent temp, aka- air cooled, ( I know the head has oil cooling) , I wait until the idle is below 1,000 rpm to ride. I use that as an indicator its warm enough that all the expanding that's gonna happen has happened and there's enough oil getting up to the rockers by then. May be overkill but I figure what the heck.
