Default Not liking the stock handlebars on the Road Glide

I'm not crazy about the stock handlebars, the height isn't too bad, it's the wrist angle. I find it cumbersome to turn the handlebars during slow manuevers - I feel like the bars are too close to me. Anyone else encounter this?

Thinking about going with the Yaffe 10" Monkey Bars, they're not too wide and I think I'll still get protection from the fairing.

You live in Orange County, what protection do you need from the fairing?

Aside from bee swarms, not much. Just trying to keep it clean. And, it gets a little chilly some winter mornings.

I grew up in Chicago, I used to ride there in the winter. Been out here in California since 1979.
Aside from that, I just don't need 14" apes.

I've got the 10" Yaffee bars. They do feel better, less back pain and easier to turn. Hands not much over the fairing on my FLTRX.

I would like to see the pics as well. TBH this bike 17 RGS has the most comfortable stock bars I have ever had and something I can live with, at least for a while. They will get changed but not mandatory immediately as past bikes.
