Default Tank Ideas

I'm toying around with the idea of removing the tank badges and having the Harley Davidson painted on.

Anyone have any good examples of what they have done. And what that would cost...
Thanks.

This is what my painter did on my ‘15 RG. What it cost is hard to say since he painted the whole paint set.

Have a friend that removed his. He got some glue remover from a paint and body supply house that lightly dissolved the glue holding them in place. Not sure what it was called. Polished the tank and waxed it and you could not tell they were ever there. He said it took him a couple hours to do it all.

I took them off my old 18 Breakout and left them off. The paint job above looks great!

What is that little black thing above the front cylinder? I do not have it on my 2018 Breakout.. Maybe I'm missing out on something
