polarized lenses have their good and bad points, I play a lot of golf, and they are terrible there (I have purpose made glasses just for Golfing, there is a huge difference in them, and they are all non polarized) if you read up on lenses there is a clear difference in performance of different lenses, and which works best for each application, if your on water polarized every time...
