May be covering old ground here?but it is hot news for us. This is the (new) link to Harley data for general models or specific vin identity models such as your own!
It is a limited access option but is a giant step in the right direction towards direct communication with the MoCo.It is clearly more of a Dealer tool but its great to be able to get recalls,bulletins,parts lists and tech info.
For most of us it is good news,not so good for the Harley Haters signing on, who could be tracked down and Crucified!

Must be German,All the Harleys will soon be built there!......Seriously after you fill in the registration it gives a large list of language options.Maybe try scrolling down and back up!

Options for all civil languages for me.

Srange our dealer says it is a new system! I certainly have not ever heard of Harley opening up a link for you to check on the history and recalls on your bike by Vin No?
Many people on these forums seem to require access to parts lists, owners manuals,wiring diagrams and helpful data for every Harley ever made?
Perhaps you could dig out the old Forum threads you smugly refer to and selfishly kept to yourself.
Just maybe,the reason why you are so unlucky and unhappy?
