Default 17 cvo sg 114 m8 red shift 472 cam input?

Hey brothers, I have a 17 CVO street glide with the 114 M8. I have already added the HD Heavy breather and the D&D Billet Cat pipe. Does anyone have good or bad input on the Red Shift 472 cam? I see a lot about the Red Shift 468 cam but it looks like that's best on the 107 M8. I am planning on the TTS tuner and a dyno at the same time as the cam install at Bloody Knuckles in Mesa AZ. Thanks in advance for any feedback !!

I watched a comparison between 472,468 and a couple of others and it looks like the 472 is a very good cam in a 117.
it pulls the horsepower up with the torque in the 130 range.
it was on utube maybe you can find it on there I looked for it again and didn’t find it.
If you do the cam let us know how it does

I don’t know about the 472, but a local shop really pushes the 468 which I am considering for my 117. They recently did the 468 in a ‘17 CVO and it made about 130tg and 110hp with Freedom Exhaust. They used the 468 on a ‘19 CVO and it made 136tq and 112hp with deactted stock headpipe and 4” Rinehart slip ons. Power Vision was the tuner used on both. The ‘17 with the Freedom Exhaust sounded REALLY good. Haven’t heard the ‘19 yet.

The 472 is a very strong cam ,it has a little less left side than the 468 but a lot more right side.
That is a 117 with stock most everything. It may have a bigger TB but not sure ,I grabbed it from HTT I hope they are OK with that go over to HTT there's some great graphs for that cam and many others.

Peace.

Another with the 468 V the 472.Stock heads stock TB.Sir both of these cams have the ability to get any of us in difficulties in wet or greasy conditions there is that much early torque on tap .A stock/ish M8 of any sort can easily spin up in greasy conditions without trying so a bike fitted with either of these cams with cubes is to be respected.
Peace.

I tried the RS472 in my 11:1 117” and my results didn’t look anything like the dyno chart posted above. I had much better results with the TTS 200.

Yes Sir that can happen, I believe Zippers tuned those 2 graphs/bikes and they know their product , would you have a graph so we could see that difference?
OP if I am getting side tracked please tell me .

Peace.

Here's his graphs.

First the RS472

Here is the TTS200

You should note that the RS472 graph is a 5th gear run and the TTS200 is a 6th gear run. Fifth gear will read a little lower, but there is still quite a difference even if you compensate for that. Maybe BigT12 has the RS472 in 6th gear that he could post.

I run a TTS200 in my 17 RGS with a 114 and it puts out very similar numbers to Big T's with the TTS cam

Not even close is it ! The graphs also look different to each other as one is more broad than the other RPM wise , stretched and one seems compressed sideways.Could the TTS 200 like the CNC heads a bit more than the Stock heads relative to the Zippers graphs.Repeatability for me decides a buils decision sometimes.
Thank you Stone, peace to you Sir.
