It's the cover and O-Ring.

Incredibly cheap by the way. Pump and cover...
Would it be possible for you to post pics of the plate and seal?

I would have expected that the SnS pump would cure or at least reduce the issue.. I wonder if in the attempt to use the SnS pump, something was missed. Maybe a leaky pump to crankcase O ring? It's also possible that something like excessive ring/cylinder leakage is screwing things up. Adding the seal on the pack of the pump pressurizes the crankcase enough to blow the oil out through the pump?

I'd be interested to see if ths also has a positive effect on bikes that have a lot of carry over into the air filter.

The above part number is a "suggested" part while doing stage 2,3,4 kits on the MOCO websight.

LP,

What is the shape of the sealing ring? It looks almost v shaped. Is it attached to the pump plate?
Thanks for posting the pics.

It's removable, and I would say interference fit. The bottom ring portion is solid and rigid, but the curved lip is soft.

Date wheel shows either July or August 2018, so it's pretty new.

I doubt these are in the earlier '19 engines.
