Road King Tach?

The speed hut tach I chose is close but fonts are a little different. The back-light is white LED where the stock speedo is yellow orange.
I've not changed the lights my RK as I don't drive it much at night. Lights are better then earlier TCs for sure. I run truck light LEDS on an 07 EGC. I sort of like the idea of incandescents in the turn signals as they heat up the housing and keep moisture out. The lollipop lights don't seal real well.

Hey Max.
Thanks to you I got a tachometer and got it working but finding a machine shop that will fabricate the cup is proving to be difficult.
Did you machine your own cup out of Aluminum yourself?
I've called everyone in Sacramento and no one will help.
Any suggestions? I am almost to the finish line.
Thanks

The good is you can add more information to the phone screen, like temperatures/gear/speed/power/torque/mpg...
the bad is didn't look as good as a real dash. but for sure is a simpler process than build and install.

Got a Softail Tach to work on 2017 Road King
I figured I would take a chance trying to install a new 2018 Low Rider tach from ebay for $80 on my 2017 Road King. I will post the specific wiring connections later this week, but wanted to let everyone know that I got Harley Davidson part number 67000010 Tachometer to work on my 2017 - it even fit in the 2012 tach mount.
Here are pictures of the Tach and it running on by bike. I basically wired it up using the same wires that went to the Low Rider speedo.
I am in the middle of installing a Road Glide front fairing on this new to me 2017 Road King and wanted to keep a Tach on it the same as I had on my 2012 Police Road King that I converted. More later, but we have a cost effective workable solution using 100% Harley parts.
