Yeah I was dissapoint to find out this exhaust was an issue because it was the look I wanted. Looking at this Bassani.

Exhaust was one of the first mistakes I made long ago in 1987, carburetor was another on that same stroker motor. Then I listened to the tuner to get rid of the stuff I liked the looks of to make the bike run correctly.
Now I do long research to not make many mistakes, unfortunately the aftermarket is slow to catch up to the M8 with quality parts THAT WORK.

Yessir Lesson learned! This isn't a sport bike so I'm still learning.
You probably need more back pressure to iron out that dip down low, you might be able to put some kind of restrictor in that pipe & make it work better, the S&S 475 is very particular about exhaust & tune.
