Have you removed the cat from the stock header? If so, that is about as loud as it is going to get. Any additional sound will be about your mufflers and the baffles that they have.

Yup, as stonecold said...thats about as loud as an M8 gets. You can remove the DB killers from your mk45's, but you'll lose some power that very noticeable.....to me it was anyway.

Two popular choices seem to be the fuel moto jackpot 2/1/2 and the fullsac MX. Both get high ratings and I'm sure either one is top notch.

I noticed you have all SE parts except for the slipons. Did you have your drive train warranty in mind when you chose those parts? Oh boy now I did it, but it had to be asked.

I'm wondering if in his quest for better sound with adding catless headpipes, it might change "runs real good with Good TQ" and need a retune that his SEPST won't be able to support? if so means spending money on another tuner and perhaps dyno tuning, etc.....there's compromises and solutions to about everything but they ain't always inexpensive

Change out the header and there goes the warranty no matter which tuner he has, if I'm right.

Indeed.
Making changes for power and sound takes a lot of planning. Since the M8 is quite new there are many new parts available.
I do a LOT of reading here on the forum.

If loud is what you want, you will get more decibels per dollar by switching to Tab mufflers with Zombie baffles. Even with stock headers, they would be louder than your S&S mufflers would be with a catless header. Then you could also keep your same tuner and not worry about your tune being off, and...keep your warranty.

I just installed a RCX tormentor a couple weeks ago. I had rcx 4.5 slip ons only since I bought the bike last fall. Now header, intake and tuner. Runs defiantly better, way way cooler. Much nicer idle and exhaust tone with the tormentor. The tormentor makes great torque. With a torque cam should be killer.
