You mean they didn't say, "They all do that?"
Harley Davidson Service Departments have Stages.
Stage 1. There's no problem, never heard that before ... you're the first and only one.
Stage 2. There might be a problem; keep riding it and see if it goes away.
Stage 3. There is a problem, there is a fix; we'll put you on the waiting list for if/when we get parts.
Stage 4. There is a problem, there is a fix; but, you put a non-MoCo decal on your bike and no longer have a warranty. Oh and that Extended Service Plan you bought, thanks for the money - it's non-refundable.
It should be noted that to get from one stage to another there has to be some pushing and shoving; they don't like doing unprofitable warranty work if they can avoid it and are always chasing a fast buck compared to a long term loyalty - at least ever since the mom and pop stores were driven out.

They documented mine once have to get it back this week try to get some time to ride it and take it back .My transfer is extreme 110 miles and 6 oz I would drain half the trans oil between fill ups

This is true of ALL automotive service shops. Anybody who ever worked as a mechanic or tech and had to respond to "user" complaints knows that an awful lot of "user" complaining is about nothing at all. People get all worked up into a lather over sounds, and fears of internet reports. I don't blame the service techs for trying to deflect certain complaints from certain riders, especially newer riders who've not owned a lot of motorcycles.
In my 54 years on motorcycles I've had plenty of arguments with service shops. Now that I'm moved over to Harleys for good, and done business with a handful of service shops in two states, I believe HD shops are quite a large cut above those of the other brands. I have taken my RGU to Temecula HD three times now, twice for recalls, and most recently for my stock seat, which had a small opening appear in the naugahyde cover. I've not had to argue or persuade. They replaced my seat under warranty without a bit of resistance, even though a strong argument could've been made that I caused the tear in the cover by sliding my leg harshly over the seat when mounting and dismounting.
BTW there is no such thing as "unprofitable warranty work." The dealer shop is paid by HD for approved warranty repairs. They love to get this work.
But I do still prefer to do my own work. The mechanics are prone to leave marks on the bike, and I have to be emphatic when I say DO NOT PRESSURE WASH MY BIKE. I mean, I love that they clean the bike after they work on it. The Japanese shops sure don't do any cleaning. but that pressure washer is death.
