If I had known ahead of time that CD offered a product to turn my 2017 Deluxe rear turn signals into running/brake lights I would have gotten that in the first place LOL. So this modulator is brand new. It's past the CD return window so maybe I can pass it along to someone who needs it and isn't going to try to re-sell it....... we are all brothers and sisters here....
