Default HD "Thunderstar" chrome wheel set 16R / 19F - came off sporty will fit others

16 X 3 rear and 19 X 2.5 front 5 spoke "Thunderstar" wheels in "Mirror Chrome."

Excellent condition just need a little time with some chrome polish. No pitting, no damage that I can see. A little elbow grease will get these looking like new.

Current setup is for a Sportster, 3/4" bearings front and rear. MoCo sells installation kits for these wheels to adapt them to pretty much any model

Here is the front at LATUS:

http://www.latus-harley-davidson.com...l-19-Front.htm

and here is the rear there:

http://www.latus-harley-davidson.com...el-16-Rear.htm

Those links show fitment, part numbers, AND part numbers for installation kits.

Price for both at LATUS is just shy of $1500! That's NUTS!

$500 plus shipping, or best offer

OR trade front 19 for a front 16 same finish, OR trade both wheels for 16/16 in textured black

Oh, as for trades

I might be interested in a set of the "Textured Black" in 16f/16r, OR just a Mirror Chrome 16f on the off chance...

Are both wheels "true" (not warped in any way)? Also, from how you've described these the chrome finish is in GREAT shape and is just in need of a little cleaning, right? Will the front wheel take a dual disc setup?

Thanks,

No warpage

Chrome is absolutely gorgeous. These are not new wheels, though. If you want absolutely dead solid perfect, never been on the road, you should look for brand new wheels.

I've never seen Harley chrome this pretty though.

I already polished one and was amazed. Didn't do the other one yet. Leavin em for a buyer or if I mount em.

front wheel will take dual disc, yes.

I'm interested. How do we go about getting off the public forum and talking details?

Thanks,

Email sent. Some people prefer keeping things public for "backup" but I can provide references here, too.
