Laconia: High Octane Saloon

I just noticed that the Broken Spoke Saloon in Laconia, NH has been sold and it's now called the High Octane Saloon. Anyone know the back story on why the Laconia property was sold?

I’m not sure why it was sold, maybe the original owner didn’t want to bother with it anymore. The people that bought it are the ones who have been running it.
