Default Boom Box issue

I own a 2014 Street Glide Special. I have installed version 1.22.0.1 on the infotainment system. When hooked up to my Note 8 over Bluetooth the Boom Box keeps reading over and over (hours). Never stops. Is this an error. Never remember seeing it before

Yep Harley knows about this my iPod and my USB stick do the same thing.

I thought I read the latest updates took care of this but that is not the case for me.

I used to switch to FM and then back to my whatever I had in the USB or Bluetooth and it would stop the ever ending reading reading but now that doesn't seem to work either.

I tried a reset and it didn't fix it. Reloaded 1.20.1 and all is well.

Default 1.22.01 download to pc problem

I own a 2015 FLHXS and would like to update my boombox. Sorry , I can`t help with your issue but i was wondering if anyone was having an issue with the way your PC downloads the software from the HD site ? I have Windows 7 on my PC and I was able to download the file and saved it to my desk top as instructed and now the icon appears on my desktop with a disk on it , when i try to unzip it, a windows disc image burner appears on the screen. I`m not sure why it was received that way or if i need to change something on my PC. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Wazzee

Don't unzip it, just move/copy the file in the folder to a flash drive.

I have not done reset. Riding last sunday no reading issues. I have been messing with media monkey trying to figure out how to put playlist on USB still don't have it right.

Reading issues in my case might be how I'm putting stuff on the USB?

However my iPod on previous versions has had the same/similar issue.

In Media Monkey go to Tools/Options/Portable Device Sync and find your USB stick on the list. Click on it once then select Configure and choose the Auto-Sync (-->Device) tab. Click the Playlist selection on the left and choose as many as you want. Finally click OK twice and then synchronize the USB stick as normal and all selected playlists will be available when reconnecting to the bike.

For advanced points you can also select the Options tab followed by Auto Conversion from the menu on the left followed by the Level volume when synchronizing audio radio button before clicking OK twice. No more volume up/down dance after the next synchronization.

Good luck.
