Default South Philly Riders--Motorcycle Parking Help Requested

I'm reading about parking options in South Philly. I understand the MeterUp app is $6 for 2 hours on most streets during business hours.

But I can't find any online images or Google Maps views of the "Motorcycle Corrals" that ( I think) charge $5 all day for any corral.

What do these corrals look like? Are they safe? Any intel would be great, and thanks.

I can’t help you with the corrals, never heard of them. They do have dedicated parking spaces for Motorcycles that are $5 for up to 12 hrs. I’ve only seen them in center city.
Hopefully someone will show up to help you.

i did a google search for motorcycle parking in Philadelphia and it shows what you need.

Thanks. I found that link and think the dedicated spaces are what the parking authority calls corrals. Using the Google map street view I can find the dedicated spaces. Leave it to govt to be confusing and call something corrals instead of dedicated spaces.

Dont forget to put at least one air tag on your bike. For when it gets stolen or towed.

For anyone else in the future - I live in South Philly and park in Center City Philly often. There are motorcycle corrals in most areas of downtown - with 5-10 angled bike spots. I forget the exact price, and it might depend on the area, but it's like $10 or under for an entire day.
There is a map of all the corral locations here: https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/vi...4aLTgO9mKSNwbI

Also - if you live in or are visiting someone in South Philly in a typical row home, you can park right on the sidewalk against the house next to the stoop for free any time, as long as it doesn't block pedestrians from walking by.

As for security, I've never had an issue parking in the corrals. They're usually in pretty high-traffic areas. However, I've never left my scoot in a corral overnight.
