They have me FREAKING PISSED OFF [:@]
The story:
July 15th(ish) my dad was in a minor accident while riding my sporty. Needed new footpeg and support for thedriver on the right side and a front muffler, and a dented crank case. So while we're at it I decided to go straight to stage 2 SE intake, D&D fatcat exhaust, new cams, and PCIII. So in all about 7 hours of labor...
They started working on my bike last friday, and today... It's still NOT DONE!!! and to top it all off they found a sensor wire/sensor that needs fixed, and now have to wait for that to come in.... so apearently they only work on your bike one hour in a day.......
Rant over....

Well you ain't far. I've had good dealings with www.svhd.com Check them out next time. Appalachian is supose to be pretty good too. Atleast my one buddy go's there and he is happy.
Dude, your bitching about waiting less than a week for them to fix the crap your dad broke plus all the extras? They do a ton of biz there and you unfortunately, are not the only bike in that area that needs service. Cool your jets man and let them get it done.
In reality they've had my bike for 3 weeks. We were waiting on parts, which of course I understand. I was told they'd be working on it the day after the parts arrive. Then that didn't happen. They did start it three days after they received the parts, which again isn't bad. But I do expect that once they start the project they give more than one hour per day to it... doesn't seem right.
I'm not an unresonable person, and I realize that I'm not the only one with a bike there awaiting service.Just another thing that upset me was they gave the name of a mechanic in their shop who they recommend to do the motor work/ tuning, and told be he'd be working on my bike. Then they give it to another guy, and not the one who was recommended. Again they should promise a certian mechanic then not follow through... I'm just really frustrated at this point

Ok, now that you clarified things a little more, I can see why your getting upset. Still, having worked at a dealer in the past (not as a wrench mind you) I saw all the little incedentals that come into play when trying to get a bike fixed. Trust me, these guys aren't loafing, but it doesen't seem like they are making your bike a priority either.
Maybe it's not an option, but have you considered another dealer or an indy in your area?

Well I picked her up today after having an early morning chat with the service manager. The bike performs amazing. But I found some deep scratches in the brand new exhuast while wiping it down tonight. Other than that, although slow, the workmanship seems great, runs smooth.
