Please let us know if you would like to go on this ride. Just select the state you are in so I will have the count. The PA riders will leave on Friday and return Sunday. Please make you own overnight plans.

We will ride the skyline all day Saturday.

Below is my response to the guys from Pa. on that thread.
The best day for me to make is May 24th if we want to make it a day run.
This is best as an overnighter for you guys in Pa. You might want to meet up in
Pa in 23rd afternoon then ride to Winchester of Front Royal Va. to crash for the
night and be fresh for Sat Morning. It's only a 1.75 hr. ride for me to get to FRont Royal Va.
from Waldorf Md where I live So I will leave Sat. Morning.
Front Royal is right at the Northern End of Skyline Drive and has some good restaurants etc. and is a good
spot to gas up and leave from.
At this point I'd prefer to make it a day run depending on how it works out for you guys.
Ideas, sugestions, questions?
By the way, I've ridden or driven Skyline Drive at least 100 times from the north end so I have a bit of time on this road.

It looks like I will head out Friday night. work...yuck...but I will be there. I have been thinking all winter about a nice road trip.

Shorerider and I are meetin' up in King George WaWa on Rt. 301 just south of the Potomac River Sat. 7:45 Am
and rolling out to follow Rt 3 to Rt 522 to Front Royal by 10:00Am and meet everyone else I hope, most notably Bailer01
has indicated He'd be ready to roll out then. I am waiting to hear and confirm a meet up location for everyone in
Front Royal and it may well be at the Hampton Inn that Bailer01 is staying in.
Stay tuned! More updates for confirmation!

Roger that Springer. The WaWa @ King George is east of Fredericksburg by 20 minutes at corner of Rt 301 and Rt 206. Rolling out of there @ 7:45 to Culpepper, then up Rt 522 into Front Royal to meet up with anone elseinterested in making the run. Expect to be in Culpepper by 9:00 for anyone that may want to meet there along the way enroute to Front Royal.
