Default Delmarva Bike Week '11

Hey all,

Been going for a bunch of years now and have run into a change of plans. Can't get into the campground we usually use, and are thinking of hotel/motel. Not interested in the small dirty type of places, we like our comfort

Anyone go to Ocean City/Bike Week and could provide some insight into places to stay would be a great help

Thanks

We stay at the quality in on 17th street I believe it is. Not the nicest place, but it is defiitely a step above the campground and is very bike friendly.

Last year I stayed at the Thunderbird, around 33rd st I think. Rates werent too bad, nothing elaborate but was clean. Do a search of motels there and youll find a ton of places and 95% willl be clean decent places.

Heres a fairly new camp ground down the road from me, about 12 miles from Ocean City.

Personally, if it were me camping and you don't mind being 20 miles from OC, i'd stay at Shad Landing or Milburn Landing. I've camped at both on canoe trips in the past.
