Not pushing just Amsoil. My guy didn't have recently and used a another very high quality lube. But the key was, separate 75-90 Gear in the trans and it sitll shifts like butter. The point isn't Amsoil is the best - its trans should always be 75-90 or similar Gear oil.

Ahh! A new oil thread. It’s raining. Fall has arrived. One way to negate cabin fever, or the worse version, PMS, parked motorcycle syndrome, is to post contemplative threads like which oil.
That said, a new oil thread in early October is scary. What the hell shape will we be in in February if we are starting this early. El Niño, do your stuff, we have oil threads.

Egad, I don’t know if I’ll survive this til March/April. PS, I cruise at 2750, makes all the difference.

30 degrees here this morning I have 80W140 in trans and primary. It worked just fine this morning.
But if it ever fails I will pour Amsoil in and it will be like new .
