Mobil 1 and Redline going in today.

Mobil 1 and Redline going in today.
I've read and read all of the posts here and value the opinions of the members here. I've decided to put in the Mobil 1 in the engine and the Redline shockproof heavy in the trans of my 06 Electra Glide. At 6200 miles. I'm pretty sure this is the way to go, but my question is how will the Redline be in cooler temps? I don't ride a ton in the winter, but 40 and 50 degrees doesn't bother us at all. Will the Redline be acceptable in cooler temps ?? Thanks all !

My understanding is that the redline is fine during the colder months. The tranny doesn't have to pump the oil up like the engine does where a heavier oil might be too thick in the winter. I am also puttin the RedLine MTL in the primary and that provides a better experience as well than any of the motor oils I have tried in that bag.
