Default Need so tranny oil advise.

I changed out the syn3 oil in my transmition with redline light weight instead of heavy by accdent. Did not realize I picked up the wrong one until I was cleaning up. Sometime I can't beleave the things I do. Should I change it out with heavy or let it go until the weather warms up again ?. I live in so cal temps are usally in the mid 70's or cooler this time of year.

Thank you
Guy

The shockproof heavy is recommended for the application, however I don't think you will have any problems.

You could run it a few thousand miles but I wouldn't go past say 2500.

Whats the viscosity? shockproof heavy is 75/90, I think Id spend another 10 spot and put the right one in. But im sure it beats syn3.
