Stator output

Well i'm installing a new stator and its the wrong one. I ordered the wrong one. is it a 38 amp? I'm doing my 06 fxdi35 super glide. the one I took out s way beefer than the one out of the bike.

Is there a downside to installing the 38 you ordered by mistake..??
