To start last fall I broke a shift pawl spring, just out of the driveway and the piece came out in one piece and trans made no noise. This winter I tore the bike down to the frame and took the whole trans into the dealer to have them replace the spring and inspect the trans( mainly because I didn't have the 1 7/8 long socket and puller tool require to tear the trans down) the dealer said everything looked good and gave me what I thought was a bargin $87.00 parts and labor. Now I have basically rebuilt the bike over the last 2 months I finally got it back together today and I have a racketing noise from the trans almost like it is hung up between gears other than the noise it shifts fine and operates well. I also swapped from a 70 tooth rear sprocket with a 135 tooth belt to a PM 65 tooth sproketwith a 133 toothbelt. By the way this is on a 91 Electra glide.

Anyone run into this? is there any adjustments in the shift forks or anything like that?
