The area in all direction around Deals gap is great to ride. We go that way often. Will be there in May, after a quick pass through Memphis.

Look at the video of the cosworth supercharged, that is wicked fast...had some vipers pass me one time and they were flying through there.

Did the Dragon 2 weeks ago. It was ok, not the hype I was expecting. More of a crotch rocket ride IMO. Best part was in our trip that day, got a taste of the Blue Ridge Parkway. We already have it down to take a week over the 4th next summer and do the ridge, end to end. Absolutely stunning!

My new favorite road in the area is Hwy 28 down to Frankin, NC and then onto 64 towards Highlands, NC going to Dry Falls and Bridal Veil Falls. If you haven't done those 2 I highly recommend that ride.

So is 226, 80, 180, 276, Wayah rd. Cherohala, foothills, 9, 109. Hell I could keep going...Tail of the Dragon is a "Gotta do " ride...It's ok but I don't like not enjoying the scenery of the beautiful Smokies...
