I would add Iron Mountain Road in the Black Hills. When it ends with looking at Mt Rushmore Window Framed in the Tunnel, it is Ineradicable. Doing 314 turns, three pigtail bridges and a ton of switchbacks in 17 miles is one of the best rides I have ever done in my life.
