I know exactly where Okmulgee is...and you could easily do all of that in a weekends ride. An alternative would be, if you wanted to camp out, either Beaver Lake or Lake Leatherwood, both a few miles west of ES. Leatherwood is the lesser known of the two, and would be a cool place to camp. Personally, I'd stay at Iron Horse--not knowing when you're planning to ride, but you might want to check on making a reservation. I think they fill up pretty fast on weekends in the summer.
