I'm new to this site, so maybe I'm just not looking in the right place, but I was wondering if there is a place on the site for threads about Sturgis?

I'm riding out from DC area this year and am thinking about trying to find some people to ride out with. Is there a special place to discuss Sturgis, or is the Road Trips forum as good a place as any?

As good a place as any I am new here also and posted a thread about wanting to ride with other people to sturgis and I got about six or seven people wanting ride or hook up for a portion of the trip . we will be leaving florida on the 5 or 6 th of august camping for the trip planning on being there on sunday .My brother in law just told me today his band has a gig in sturgis for the rally .

As Sturgis gets closer, more people will plan trips.

I'm heading that way again this year from Raleigh. I'm going cross country and stopping in Sturgis for a few days.

Check out this web site , it may help you with your plans. Maps , different towns in the area , go to www.blackhillsbadlands.com , good luck on your trip. We went out from Delaware last year , 2000 miles from here to Custer. Worth the ride , have a great time .

Thanks for the site. It's 1600 miles from my home in Charles Town, WV to Sturgis. We're going to ride conservatively and try to see a few sites on the way. I went to Canada about five years ago and didn't stop to smell the roses. I forgot that it's as much about the trip as the destination. I won't make that mistake again.
