Poopy's has the best chicken fingers!!!! While your out in that area make sure to hit up blackjack rd. in Hanover. Just off of 84. It takes you to galena and bypasses rt20. I'll make the trip just to ride il version of the dragon. It's 14.2 miles of extreme twisties. Stage coach trail is another great rd. I'll be leading a group out that way next weekend to hit up blackjack and ride the Mississippi river up north.

My brother and I were at Poopy's and Iron Horse three weeks ago. Left from Appleton to Prescott, just happened to be there during the Flood Run, didn't stay all day for that, but it was good to see it unfolding. Bikes everywhere...stopped at a bar around mid morning, maybe 100 people listening to a band outside. A group of about 120 bikes came in...2 by 2 into the parking lot. Some had their colors on (Outlaws & Black Pistons).
A little intimidating, but seemed harmless. Then on to Savanna. We were too early in the season as it was pretty dead. Saturday nite....only 10 people at Poopy's by 10:30, ate there and went to the Iron Horse...only 1 there besides the bartender. We will go back someday. Oh, by the way, we stayed at the L&M motel, Curtis is great. He will take you and pick you up anywhere in town...anytime...just have to call him. Brought us to Poopy's..picked us up and went downtown...then he picked us up at the end of the night. Park the bikes and forget about them till morning. Great setup..great guy.
The ride back on the Minn. side of the river was awesome, actually liked it better than the Wis side, but both were great. 1400 miles...4 days...great trip

You can also extend that on up into New Diggings, just over the border in Wisconsin. Small town that consists of 2 bars...but they are very scenic..LoL
