Default 2.5 baffle question

I've got 2010 Flhx with 2 into 1 exhaust with a Rush 2.5 slip-on, plan to remove cat from header. Will the 2.5 baffle be to big after gutting the cat? Will there be enough backpressure, and will performance suffer?

sg2007, we do not support people modifying catalytic converters in their head pipes. You could get into some EPA issues there and it could affect your warranty. Sorry I can’t help more but as a manufacturer we do not support riders modifying emission components. If you check around on the forum this topic has been discussed by members and you might be able to find some information from them.
Thanks for contacting us,
Ryan
