Default 2006 FLHTCUSE Sputters and Coughs

My new to me 2006 CVO Ultra will cough and sputter when I roll on a little throttle after coasting with the clutch in. I notice it most rolling through stop signs. It doesn't back fire, but it sounds like a cough from the air cleaner, it died on me yesterday and took 6-7 seconds of cranking to get going again.

Bike is stock with 61k, had cam tensioners replaced just before I bought it.

Problem is much worse when the bike is cold, but it doesn't consistently happen.

Any ideas at what to look for before I take it back to the dealer?

What's it idling at when cold and once warmed up? Almost sounds like it's running too lean or idle is too low. Not sure if they should have re-mapped it after doing the cam tensioner or not.

Jumps around between 1200 and 1000 when cold. Dead on 1000 when warm.

Seems a little low. From what I recall it should be around 1400 when cold and around 1200 when warm. Not off by much but may cause some of the problem you are experiencing. Also seems to me that its running too lean, sounds like its not getting enough fuel at the lower rpms if its coughing. Again, not sure if they should have re-mapped it or tuned it after the cam tensioners were done but I would tend to lean that way. Do you have a tuner with your scoot? If so, if you ran a smart tune it should sort things out.
