2018 in a few weeks
I am waiting for the 2018 and hope to work a deal on my 2009 FLHTCUSE4. I have 91,000 miles and cannot expect much but I saw an 09 at a dealer this weekend with 21K miles and nowhere close to the condition of mine. I'm hoping for $30K out the door trading mine in.
As for your situation; there seems to be a lot of 2017 CVO limited available. I would expect there still will be after the 2018 are released and they will be a year old. IMHO: Unless the 2017 is the perfect color for you and they won't deal on a 2018 pre order, I would wait.
In any event, Best Wishes,
Bob

Trading always causes me pain, I traded my 2104 CVO Limited with 31K, it was mint and had some motor work,122lbft torque on the dyno. The OTD price was 13K plus my balance as I only had it not quite three years. How do we put a price on fun and, old age not extended to all. Good Luck and get all the extras you can.

Wow I must live in a bad market? When I bought the 2017 CVO Limited it was listed with a premium at 46K. I did end up getting it for 39,700 so just a bit below MSRP. The other dealers around would not budge below the 40,999 MSRP. They did give me a bit more than NADA retail for mine but still......
And for the OP, I have not had any issues with mine thus far but have only had to for a few weeks and 1350 miles.
