Default Are CVO Seats real leather?

I have seen posts where people say they are and posts that say they are not and posts that say only the inserts are. The Harley site for the 2017 CVO Limited does not state that any part of it is leather. It doesn't feel like leather to me. Just wondering because I don't want to treat Vinyl with leather treatment as it would be a waste of money.

My stock 2012 CVO SG two piece seat with matching backrest pad is only leather in the center portion.

Ok,which ones were all leather? Leather on the sides is not recommended because it will crack.naugahyde or faux leather is recommended because it wears better.the stress of leather on the sides will not last long.

I had a trim shop make me a matching backrest for my 14 CVO RK seat set, he walked right up to the factory piece and pointed to the middle seat area and said "leather" and the middle and outer sections he said "vinyl, vinyl"
