Default Thunderheader 2 into 1 ??

Anyone currently running or have experience with a Thunderheader 2 into 1 pipe on their CVO ? The pipe has an old school look/sound/feel about it but they seem to be in very short supply (even in the US). I’m in Ontario and closest dealer I found online who may have stock is a classic car shop in Pennsylvania. I’m about 50mins from New York border so any dealer recommendations in the Buffalo area would be appreciated.
Very little info on Thunderheader website and primarily just for dealers..

No CVO here but put one on my TC. I bought it used from a well known tuner and engine builder and he said he’d put it on and dyno it before and after he installed it. For $300.00 I couldn’t say no. If memory serves, bike gained 12 HP and 10 lb ft of torque and sounded awesome to boot.

A local dealer just installed one on a 20 RGS with a HD 131 and a Jim’s cam. The sound is incredible, to loud for me but it sounds really good.

T/headers are a good pipe up to about 110-113".
The 1 3/4" primary tubes tend to pinch peak hp after that.
Nothing wrong, just our observation.

Scott..thank you for the info - always like hearing from those with hands on experience.
Given your expertise, what 2-1 pipe do you find works best overall with a 117 CVO M8 with a stock cam? I know the dyno numbers are different for various brands - Im seeking one that is torque biased at low-mid rpm but with a fairly broad range at peak or near peak (I’m not a high rpm horspower seeker).
My thanks in advance..!!

I am in no way saying I know anything more than the facts that were shared with me by my local H-D Dealer. As mentioned they put the Thunder Header on a H-D 131 kit with a Jim’s Cam. It made 161hp/160tq using a power vision tuner. Could it have made more with a different exhaust? No idea but those are strong numbers and it sounded really good.

No sure how to post a video so I sent it to another member and he will post it later tonight. It will be of the 131 with the Thunder Header.

If you don't mind having a pipe that looks like it was welded together by a half blind apprentice welder on your $40,000 bike.
